The festival will go on rain or shine! In the event of bad weather, we will move indoors and the festival will continue as planned.

No, there is no outside food or drink permitted inside the festival.

The festival is free to attend, however you must pay to park at the Alario Center.

The festival is at Segnette Field on Saturday, September 21 & Sunday, September 22, from 12 PM – 8 PM.

Pets are not allowed inside the festival at any time, with the exception of service animals.

Westbank Heritage Festival has bands from all over Louisiana, and across the country. From DJs, to funk rock, to rap and R&B … We have just about every type of music for our crowds to enjoy.

The Westbank Heritage Food & Music Festival is fully committed to the safety and well-being of our attendees, staff, volunteers, and artists. All security measures align with the Alario Center’s policies. The event is fully staffed with detail officers and private security. Guests will be required to go through security screening upon entry, which may require the removal of cell phones, jackets, keys, cameras or other metal objects. Purses and handbags are also subject to search. No guns or weapons are allowed on the festival grounds. A clear bag policy will be enforced. View all prohibited items.

The Westbank Heritage Food & Music Festival offers seamless navigation for individuals requiring ADA accommodations, including ADA accessible parking and restroom facilities inside the Alario Center.

By entering the Westbank Heritage Festival, an event of New Growth Economic Development Foundation, you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur.

Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the New Growth Economic Development Foundation and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.

By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.

You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event premises.
